I am a Licensed Massage Therapist in Glendale, Arizona.  I enjoy providing massage and bodywork for clients, the fulfillment of helping improve the quality of each day for my clients is unmatched. 

I graduated Massage College in April of 2005 and have maintained my education and license since. I have actively practiced massage therapy off and on throughout the years and am really excited to finally build my own massage practice into a lasting staple in the community. 

My philosophy in practice stems from the belief that everything is connected. All signs, symptoms and feelings relate to each other in some way and I strongly believe you must take care of your entire being as a whole. Eastern and Western medicine practices must go hand in hand balancing each individual. Each individual is different and therefore I will attune myself to each client's needs each session. 

I am a mother of 4 boys and married to their father since 2006. Most of my breaks in practice were during the 9 years my husband served Active Duty in the US Marine Corps. We have lived in North Carolina, Hawaii and Arizona. My children keep us very busy with sports activities year round. I am definitely one of the loud and proud Moms in the stands, you will know when I am at a game!!  My husband has always encouraged me to do what I'm meant and I am blessed with a loving and supportive family that has always given me strength to strive to make every dream come true. Without the foundation my parents and entire family gave me and continues to live I would not have been able to accept my purpose to help and heal others.
